Pulla Farm is situated on the outskirts of the tiny village of Frogpool which is conveniently located between Truro, Falmouth and Redruth. Less than 10 minutes from the A30 the main route into Cornwall it is well positioned to tour both the north or south coasts, only 20 minutes away, with their beautiful beaches and coves. There are river trips on the Fal and Helford, National Trust properties and gardens, all within easy reach. You can visit the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan or Falmouth’s Maritime Museum. There are cycling tracks with bike hire, horse riding or fishing nearby. The local pub has a reputation for very good food.
Anneth Lowen is a self contained ground floor apartment at the end of the 17th Century farmhouse with complete privacy. It is a spacious well equipped and comfortable property. The entrance has a shallow step leading into a tiled hallway. The large kitchen and bathroom also have tiled floors. There is a lounge/diner equipped with TV, DVD player and video player and log burner. It has one (family) bedroom with a double and a single bed with space for a cot or small guest bed, sleeping a maxium of 4 people. Both the lounge and bedroom are carpeted and have night storage heaters. Wifi coverage. There is a private garden with furniture and private parking (on gravel and/or concrete) close to the entrance door. NO Pets and NO Smoking. Changeover is on Fridays. Short Breaks are available during the low season.
